At Juantons, we’re all about bringing the best bites straight from our kitchen to your door! We promise our goodies will arrive perfectly frozen and intact, or your money back – no questions asked!

how do i tell if products are melted or damaged?

Please check your order upon delivery: Dumplings should be firm and separate, and empanadas should still have that perfect frozen crunch. If more than 3 dumplings are clumped together, or if your empanadas have thawed, let us know right away!

Sauces and other hard goods should not have any leakage or breakage.

what do i need to get my refund or replacement?

You will need your order number and pictures of:

  1. External packaging with shipping label
  2. Internal packaging with dry ice bags (please note: these bags are clear plastic and will be empty if the dry ice has completely evaporated)
  3. Packing slip
  4. Best Before Date displayed on the product packaging

return policy

Because our products are frozen and perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns

purchases from third-party retailers:

if you purchased Juantons products from retailers or other online platforms besides www.eatjuantons.com, please contact the original place of purchase for any refund or exchange requests. Each retailer has its own return policy and will be able to assist you. Juantons cannot process refunds or exchanges for items bought outside our direct sales channels.

exchanges & changes to existing orders:

Gifts can be exchanged if requested within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be provided as future credit or a discount code, with some limitations.

Once a shipping label is created, we are unable to make any changes to your order, including holds, product modifications, or address updates. Please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure everything is correct. For more information, visit our Shipping FAQ page.
